Gift Bag and the Weekly Deals

Hello!  Today I have a Gift Bag to share with you.  I used the Bouquet Bigz L Die (#13767) to make the flower.  I will be offering a class to decorate bags for the up coming events in May and June, on May 5th, 1:00 - 3:00 pm.  Mother's Day is first on the list, Teacher Appreciation Week, Graduation, and Weddings are a few other events, you may want to think about when you sign up for this class. No worries if you can't make all the bags you need, because the die is included with the cost of the class!  You will decorate 4 bags in class and take your die home to make other bags or flower bouquets.  If you are interested in this class, please contact me no later than the 28th of April.

ICS Blog Hop Happy Mother's Day

Welcome to the Blog Hop.  Yes, it is April but this blog is getting you ready for Mother's Day.
You will see lots of ideas to inspire you to create your own cards.  If you are like me, time slips by and I seem to always be behind in getting my cards completed.  Let's get started early!!

I love this background stamp:  Something Lacy.  I stamped it on Whisper White Card Stock using the VersaMark, stamp pad,  and embossed it with White Embossing Powder.  I colored the different flowers with the Classic Stampin' Ink Pads using the Sponge Daubers.  For the words, I used the Crazy About You stamp set, which contains 33 stamps.  WOW, what a great stamp set to have in your collection.  For an accent I punched a bow using our new Bow Builder Punch.
