I had a Spring Retreat last April.  Now I am getting ready for the Summer Retreat.  Below is the information on the future retreat.  If you are in the area and would like to attend, please contact me. There is a limited space, so do not delay.

To start the day I will be having a sale on my retired stamps sets.  BOGO is Buy One Get One.  If you buy a retired stamp set you can pick any product from the new Stampin' Up Catalog of equal value free.  You must place your order of your free items that day at the retreat.  I will have a Make N Take card station for you to make a simple easy card to take home.  The fee for this event is $10 but if you are attending the retreat, it is included with your retreat fee.

The retreat will start at 10:45.  If you need more time to shop, you will have opportunities to do so during the day.

Enjoy a day of fun exploring a new stamp set from the New Stampin' Up Catalog 2017 - 2018.You will receive prizes, special gifts, a goodie bag and play Bingo.  There will be an opportunity to view poster boards of samples cards from some of the new stamp sets, view future projects, sign up for classes and clubs offered during the year.  Be sure to bring your camera.

During the retreat you will be making 10 projects using your very own new stamp set:  Colorful Seasons.  You will have a goodie bag of products along with your stamp set to use on the projects and take home to crate your own projects.  A printout and picture of the projects will be included in your supplies.

Please bring your own lunch.  I will have treats and water for you to munch on during the day.

Bingo, Olivia's Spring Stampin Retreat

Bingo Stampin' Style was a great hit!!   A fun exciting time with anticipation of winning the great Stampin' prizes.  After three games we took a break to make some cards.  After eating doughnuts, we play three more games of bingo.  At the end of the day everyone was a winner, because I had a small gift for everyone to take home along with their cards.  They were extra happy.

 These three cards were made by the bingo players.  Each card had one of the large flowers from the stamp set:  Blooms & Wishes.

Last Friday morning I had my Team Meeting.  It was good and the gals went home with new information, questions answered and make-n-takes.  Below is a picture of one gift I made for my team members.  I forgot to take pictures of the other items. I used the Basket Bunch Bundle for the center decoration.

This is a medium size bag.

Using Designer Series Paper to make the bag makes it is easy to decorate since the paper already has a print.  The die cut circle with the Easter basket, from the Basket Bunch Bundle, gives a focal point.
I love this bundle.  There is a die cut for every stamp in the set making it easy to use.

The bag is 6" x 12",
Score:  The long side 5 1/4", and 6 3/4".
            The short side 1 1/2" and 5"
            Cut on the two middle score lines (on the short side) up to the score line                                                     (meeting the long score line).
            Fold on the score lines, glue the center small  squares to one side.
            Fold up one side and glue
            Done!!

Stampin' Up So Very Much Stamp Set

It is a cool but sunny day here in Auburn.  I am enjoying it, especially since I have been sick and finally this afternoon, started feeling better,  I hope I can get back in gear.tomorrow.
Monday I posted a card from the stamp set "SoVery Much" and today I have another card featuring the same set.

I enjoyed making this card.  Using a stamp from the Work of Art stamp set gave the watercolor wash effect.  Stamping with different colors gives a rainbow look.  This is a super card to make in 10 -15 minutes.   All I had to do was cut the base, the black mat and whisper white card stock to stamp the two images and add washi tape on the side.  I sometimes need to have a card like this for my customers to make during a class meeting after we make a difficult technique or fold card.
