Spring: Barn Door and Basket Projects

Hello,
It has been a busy time with lots of fun stamping, meeting people, attending retreats, leadership and offering classes including a Winter Retreat.
For my class this week, I will be focusing on Spring Projects.  Below are some pictures of some of the projects.

To make the box in the above picture, I used the Barn Door Stamp Set #145865, Sliding Door Framelits Dies #145662 and Layering Squares Framelits Dies #141708..  The Design Series Paper:  Wood Textures #14177.  The card stock:  Marina Mist #119682 and ribbon:  Lemon Lime Twist 1/2" Finely Woven #144131.

For the baskets I used the stamp set:  Hello Easter #145783 for the sentiment and bunny.  For the ribbon I use: Berry Burst 3/8" Metallic- Edge #145489

To make the basket:  Cut a card stock 6" x 6".  Score it at 2" & 4".  Turn score at 2" & 4".
Cut on the 2" & 4 " scorelines up to the first scoreline.  From the left side, first square score at 5/8",  & 1 3/8", skip the middle square and score the last square just as the first square.  Go back to the first square and cut on the scorelines you just made.  Cut the scorelines in the third square.  Do the same for the opposite side.  Now you will mark the triangle in the middle square.  On the edge mark the middle of the square at 3".  Do the same for the opposite side.  Using your bone folder score a diangle line from the 3" mark down to the left corner and then the middle to the right corner.  Fold on all score lines.  Connect the two bottom rectangle tabs working your way up to the third tabs.  Cut across the top to make even.  Do the same for the other side.  Add a handle 1/2" by 11".  Decorate as you please.  This can be for male or female.  Be sure to put in candy and the Sweet Soire Ready Sheddie #145562.

I hope you enjoyed the above projects.  Please check the classes I am offering by clicking the button in the above bar.  To order any supplies please Click Here   https://www.stampinup.com/ecweb/default.aspx?dswsdemoid=2008684
